Shipping policy

I aim to dispatch all orders within 7-10 working days of ordering. However, this can be extended for bespoke and personalised orders, please make sure to check the product listing.

If you require your order on a specific date, please con tact hello@foreverviolet.co.uk before ordering. Please make sure all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering as I cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels should it be your fault. All delivery times are estimates only. All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Standard Royal Mail processing time is 3-5 days. However in the current world climate these times may be extended. Please make contact if you have not received your order after 10 working days after despatch. All estimates are excluding Sundays and bank holidays.
