Refund policy
In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, you have up to 14 days from receiving the item to inform us hello@foreverviolet.co.uk. Damaged items must not have been worn and returned in their original packaging. Once received, Forever Violet will inspect the product and inform you whether you are eligible for a refund. Any shipping costs relating to the return of a damaged product, up to a maximum of £5, will also be refunded for eligible returns. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to return or exchange headbands, hair clips or hair ties (scrunchies etc.), with the exception of damaged on arrival.
We cannot accept returns on personalised and made to order items unless there is a fault or a name error made on our behalf. Please make sure to check spellings, grammar and/or punctuation before submitting a personalised order.
